CSO Weekly Maintenance Is Postponed

Here to inform all players that the CSO weekly maintenance on 18th February will be postponed to 19th February (10:00 GMT+8 ¨C 14:00 GMT+8).

This maintenance will also solve the issue on 15th February, regarding the players who top up and get extra points on that day. Our technical team will remove these extra points from related account in order to make the game becomes more fair and balanced.

Example:

  1. ID: Neosonblitz top up 11 x RM5 CiBmall card and receive extra 3000CP we will only remove back the 3000CP (If transfer to CSP then will remove in CSP). The 11 x RM5 = 550CP will not remove because is normal top up CP.

  2. ID: Neosoncrazy top up 6 x RM5 CiBmall card and receive extra 1500CP we will only remove back the 1500CP (If transfer to CSP then will remove in CSP). The 6 x RM5 = 300CP will not remove because is normal top up CP.

  3. ID: Zack93 top up 5 x RM5 CiBmall card and receive the actual CP 250 then nothing will be remove.

 

Note: Recently there are many players spreading rumors about all players¡¯ items will be removed. We are here to clarify that only the account that gets extra points will be affected. We will remove the extra points and the items that the player bought by using extra points. Those accounts with no extra points will not be affected at all. Now, we are officially giving the first warning to all players who spread rumors or spamming in-game. If we found any player takes part in spamming or spreading the rumors again, we will take action against it.
